She's the guv'nor and has immense experience in training, coaching, nutrition (sometimes even counselling) and will ensure you are well looked after. As well as being a bootcamp leader she also runs the business, the weight loss programmes and constantly checks that staff and customers are happy. She also runs the Pilates side of the business. She loves cycling, running, lifting horribly heavy weights. And cake.
An ex-professional footballer turned personal trainer (he can tell you a thing or two about injuries) he is no stranger to physical challenges and ensures all his PT clients get a taste of that. Aaron heads up the personal training side of the business and runs bootcamp, circuit and boxing sessions. He makes sure your technique is spot on, that you give that workout as much as you can and that you leave looking forward to the next one.
Narelle has a wonderfully wide range of experience in teaching Pilates: beginner, advanced, dynamic, men only classes, football teams and teenagers as well as putting individual clients back on the road to health after spinal and abdominal surgery. Equipped with a Biology and Physiology degree, she has developed such a passion for Pilates that she wants everyone to realise it’s the exercise they’ve been missing all this time.
Joe is a qualified personal trainer, sports massage therapist as well as a rugby coach. His experience in running conditioning classes for rugby and football teams have become very useful to our in our timetable and you will see him helping run our indoor and outdoor bootcamps as well as circuit sessions. He has a Sports Science diploma and is now studying to become a Mental Health nurse.
