How to book and pay

To book and pay for a place on our Online Blast Plan, please visit The Blast Plan website to book or to enquire.

To book a place on the In-Person 21 Day BLAST Plan, or a block of fitness classes,  or a Pilates course contact us to check that there are spaces and for an application form (if you are a new client). The relevant timetables are listed below for information.

Payment for the IN-PERSON 21 Day BLAST Plan, fitness classes and Pilates classes only is by bank transfer to:
